About Me

I live in a very small town in NY. I've been married for 55 years. I have two daughters, one son-in-law and two grandsons. I love animals and have four cats ( Dusty, Smokey and Sparky). They love treats and anything that can be used for cat toys. All the cats were rescues. I like gardening, flowers and veggies. I love watching the wildlife at my house, and have many feeders in my yard.

I enjoy all music but Brad Paisley is my favorite singer.

Favorite Books

I read a lot and enjoy all types of books. I am really a fan of a lot of young adult books. I share a lot of books with my daughters.

Favorite Movies

My favorite movie is The Italian Job.

Favorite Crafts

ATC's, junk journals, sewing, , stamping and paper crafts. I love trying new techniques.

I collect

Candles, pigs, fabric, gnomes, cat items , anything fairy/vintage related. Favorite colors are red, purple and yellow but really like all colors. I also like hot cocoa and decaf black teas. Enjoy peanut butter M and M's, Kit Kat's, peanut butter cups and dark chocolates.

Comment: Thank you for the wintery brick house image. It looks like we'll have a rainy Christmas here, so I'll be resting my flip flops and will likely have on cozy slippers instead! No snow here, but in the valley we can see it on the surrounding mountains. Chilly overnight but mid 60s-70 daytime temps.

Response: Out road consists of three houses. Mt Vision use to have a post office and that is where our mail came from. Now it comes from Laurens but we kept the old post office name. We actually live in South Hartiwck. Long story huh??
