Some friends from out of state will be in Kansas City for a wedding at the end of the month, so we're going to take them to a great little tapas bar for lunch. To paraphrase you, "I love me some tapas!"
I have not seen Jesus Camp yet, but I want to. From what I've heard, it's INSANE! I also want to see Hell House, the documentary about Christian haunted houses. Have you seen?
The area where my fiance's parents live is quite rural. But the town next to it is the home of Bill Pullman!
I did a ton of antique shopping. There's this one street in Corning called Market Street, and it has some of the best shops. There's this one store that sells vintage sewing materials.
Spending time with the future in-laws is always weird. They're pretty conservative, so I must seem like Satan's spawn to them sometimes. Plus they sometimes have trouble figuring out how to act around me because of my Asperger's and Bipolar. Uh, how about like anyone else? I'm obviously compitent enough the majority of the time.
After I while, I got homesick, so it was nice to come home.
And doing 8-hour road trips with two kittens is stressful.
The strange thing is, I'm a Pisces but I hate the water. Well, I love the sea, but I hate being IN water. Swimming? Only to get the hell out of water. Diving? No thanks, I'll stay on the boat & drink margaritas. I love sailing 'cause the boat keeps me out of the water!
I believe that I may hate you as I hate leiapico because you live in the Western US & can get Fat Tire whenever you want! Unless you can't get Fat Tire, then I will no longer hate you as I hate her. But in her case, she taunts me with it!
