Hello and nice to meet you. I'm new here, but I'm not new to snail mail. I've been on postcrossing for over ten years, and I've always had pen pals on and off. I'm looking for a new pen pal actually, maybe I'll meet one on here! I'm Eva, and I'm a 35 your old woman from the Netherlands. I live in an adorable thatched roof house in a small village in the south of the country. I live super close to both Germany and Belgium. I'm married, and we have two daughters, who are five and one year old. We also have two dogs and a cat. I want to add some chickens (silkies!) to the backyard once it's finished. I work in a library as a sort of executive secretary.

I'm a creative person, I like to crochet or color, I always have something I'm working on. I love crafting with my oldest daughter, she's as crafty as I am. However starting projects is always fun and exciting, I'm not great at finishing them. My W.I.P.'s box is overflowing at all times. I also love video games, mostly cozy games. Right now I'm into animal crossing on nintendo switch. I also love stardew valley and palia. I go to the gym, and I do ballet, I'm hoping to go on pointes sometime soon. A childhood dream I'm now trying to get to come true. Lastly I like to garden and grow my own food. I have an allotment that's unfortunately getting a bit overgrown. Next year I want to have a vegetable garden in my own backyard, but it needs some renovating first.

Favorite color: yellow, especially yellow and white together because it reminds me of daisies. Also light pink and purple. I love pastels. Unfortunately yellow and pastels don't look good on me at all (I'm a deep winter), so for clothing I usually go for something else.

Favorite food: vegan food, but mostly anything spicy, salty, crispy or all of the above

Favorite fruit: strawberries

Favorite drink: red wine

Favorite season: summer

Favorite flower: daisies and strawberry blossoms

Other things I like: mermaids, fairytales, chickens, images of produce, gardening stuff, seeds

My daughter is obsessed with unicorns, so if I receive anything unicorn, it will go straight to her, that would be so awesome. She also likes disney's Vaiana (Moana), and Frozen.
